What an incredible day for our students and our community! We are still buzzing from the energy of the WRVC Futures Fair. It was a landmark event that brought together well over 50 businesses, colleges, and military representatives to connect with our Tech I and Tech II students and staff. Several of our supporters were former WRVC students. (Stay tuned for a story about them!)
From discussing potential internships to securing future employment, the halls were filled with the sounds of ambition and opportunity.
We couldn’t be prouder of our Tech I and Tech II students. They arrived inquisitive, engaged, and curious. Seeing them interact with industry leaders with such professionalism confirms that the future of our workforce is in excellent hands.
A huge thank you to the many partners who donated "swag" for our raffle! It was a joy to see so many students walk away with prizes the following day as a reward for their engagement.
A massive shout-out to Ms. O’Toole for her tireless work in organizing this massive undertaking. We also want to thank the students and staff members who rolled up their sleeves to help with logistics... his was truly a team effort.
